Received the wrong item.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received

Which currency are orders processed in?
All prices are in GBP & USD. If you are using a credit card with alternate currency, the conversion will be done by your bank.

Delila Decor is always committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our customers a 1-Year warranty on product malfunctions.
This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless intentionally damaged.
Due to the nature of home decor, this does not cover fading, tearing or other damaged caused by miss-use or excessive exposure to the elements.
In the event Delila Decor no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
